Update #2 Back to school

Well what would you know i am now listening to another livestreem of a podcast this one is the Shaft podcast.  but anyway this week i did nothing really played starcraft, watched Rio nothing much.  But I head back to school tomorrow and well thats it thanks for visiting the blog i will ge something up soon! update #1 I am still alive!! 8/23/2011

Well its my first update and well i'll post as often as i can (or want) but right now at 11:40 i am listening to the inside the magic D23 wrap up podcast.  but sense my last post my friend and I have started our own movie review youtube channel called T slash M Productions we have published our first review which was Rio  (i know i have became a fanboy) and i have neglected to edit our second review of the new planet of the apes review i will get to it soon.  other than that i will post something along the lines of a review eventually.

My top ten favorite video games

So today i will be doing my top 10 favorie video games. So let's get started. #10) Lego Star wars episodes 1-3 about 5 years ago I got a gamecube and then Lego star wars 1-3 this was what made me a gamer. #9) Super Smash brothers brawl. An instant classic it is one of the few good games that I own for the Wii. #8). Star wars battlefront 2. This also was a big step into becoming the gamer i am today. #7). Roller Tycoons 2-3. As a kid inwould play these games for hours on end and I still do. #6). Kingdom hearts 2. When I went over my heights house to play it I became addicted to it right now I think I have about 56 hours logged on. #5). Portal 1. I thought that this great was amazing not only because I got it for free from Steam but it also had the best line ever "the cake is a lie". And i still use that line to this day. #4).StarCraft 2 I have just got this game but Blizzard did a great job with keeping me up to speed on what happened in the earlier games and had a very nice campain  #3.) Halo Reach,  I loved Halo for years and well, its halo so I like it.  #2.) Angry Birds Rio.  I like angry birds and i like Rio so it's a perfect combo for a game.  #1.) Minecraft.  I have only played a couple of hours of this game (I don't own it) (along with Reach) but it is the ultimate in creative games

Scott Pilgrim VS the world Movie Review

The movie Scott Pilgrim vs the world was originally a graphic novel.  This movie sums up the 6 part comic book series into a good film.  The stuff i liked about it was that it was a nerds movie with references to many video classic games and having the fight scenes look like they are straight out of both video games and comics.  The fact that the movie has the feel of a watchable comic book.  The things that i didn't like about it was how slow it got for about 1/3 of the movie to the point where i wanted to fast forward through it.  Overall i would give this movie a 8/10 for having all of the video game/comic references but it looses points for getting slow in the middle.

The Social Network movie review

Nothing is more threatening than telling your ex girlfriend that you will blog wicked bad about her right?  well in this courtroom drama depicting the lawsuits that Mark Zuckerburg went through in 2006 (I think).  This movie does a great job telling the story of all of the major events in Facebook history.  I thought that the movie never really got boring at all it held my interest for the entire 2 hours.  I thought that the director David Fincher paid all of the respects deserved in a very un biased way.  But even i know that Sean Parker is important to the development of Facebook but i wanted to see more of Zuckerburg than Sean.  I didnt rally like the way that Justin Timberlake played Parker.   I give this movie a 9/10 only loosing a point for the presentation of Sean Parkers' character.

New project

Well here in my "office" if you would call it that me and my friends have been hard at work on a project that will help launch blockhead studios!  This project is called The class and as you can tell by the title it will take the idea of the office (a documentary crew in a computer programing class) and put it into a classroom setting.  Now this is still in pre-production and will take some time.  Let me tell you the script is the relatively easy part but casting and the actual filming of this project will take time.  so stay tuned for more on the developments of this project.  And now here is a picture of Blu that I drew.  Enjoy!
